Completing a record sales season and celebrating its 10-year anniversary, Channel was feeling the momentum in 2020. But as the pandemic struck, the brand’s highly popular sales event, Seedsman Ignite, would not be able to happen live. This put the brand’s momentum in jeopardy. The event would need to be reimagined as a virtual experience with particular focus on replacing the in-person benefits attendees loved in years past.
