The focal point of a full marketing campaign, LearnWithPurpose.org, was created to showcase the facts and stories that clearly convey CU Denver as the leading public urban research university it is. Visitors could read about alumni, faculty, and student accomplishments. The site utilized beautiful imagery and video captured in campaign photoshoots and an agile photojournalism team was dispatched to capture the compelling interviews that make up the ‘stories’ section. The new site boosted traffic to CU Denver by the thousands. In addition, the stories were shared by hundreds of users ranging from students to local business leaders. It also was recognized with a Webby Award.
